We are a 100% volunteer nonprofit granted 501c3 status with the IRS. Our youth (ages 5-18) participate in FREE beekeeping lessons at our Machias, WA apiary and monthly First Saturdays from 1-2pm {April through September} at Farmer Frog in Maltby WA with loaner bee suits available. RSVP with size of student guarantees loaner suit availability. Please hydrate your child and bring a good pair of boots. No open toe shoes permitted. We participate at festivals, parades, fairs, and come by our informational booth on Kid's Day at Snohomish Farmer's Market. We also offer youth gardening lessons in Machias during the summer on some weekends. Enquire at snohoybe@gmail.com.
